Fitness challenges

Today I did:
25 second plank
25 sit-ups
10 crunches
10 leg lifts
10 second plank (was supposed to be 15 but I forgot to look)
70 squats

Loving the burn and feeling like I am getting more fit!

Making waffles today and doing laundry. Going to start a pot of beans tonight for potluck at church tomorrow.

Yesterday had a nice massage and a yummy bowl of lentil soup last night. 

The smoothie today had bok choy in it. I am not a fan of the flavor of it, but in the smoothie it was hardly noticeable, and kind of good.

Day 3: Banana Soother Smoothie

  • 2 fresh or frozen bananas
  • 2 heads baby bok choy
  • 1-inch piece ginger root
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp chia or hemp seeds
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
Even Sarah likes it!
